I have never had such great customer service from a car rental company. Each team member was so helpful, even from the start of my enquiry from abroad. Thank you thank you for bringing good customer service back to the world : )

Excellent service from start to finish, even though we arrived really late they were able to help. Very responsive and helpful. Car was in perfect condition. Definitely reccomend to use Autonom!

"Excellent and well priced car rental service. Email response by Veronica and Mariela at the Bucharest office was very prompt. Staff able to converse and email in English. Car provided was clean, new, well maintained and a great pleasure to drive. Pick-up and Drop off was smooth with no issues. They are able to arrange for you to pick-up the car at your hotel, so you do not have to head down to the office to pick-up the car. That was certainly a bonus! Some minor down sides are that the car drop off at the Bucharest (OTP) airport was a little difficult and confusing to locate. If I recall correctly, the drop-off office is located at carpark 'P4'. Also, I personally prefer to have full comprehensive insurance. However, there is a clause in their 'comprehensive' $0 deposit insurance that does not cover the lower half of the car (undercarriage and tyres presumably). Not sure if this is a Romania wide thing. Overall good rental experience and highly recommended!"

Friendly, helpful staff. Quickly got the car and returned. The car was new, clean Renault Megane Grand Coupe diesel (low fuel usage) and we had no problems with it, although parking sensors would be nice since most cars in most rentals are equipped with and they make life a lot easier. When returned, the money blocked on my credit card was released even before I took off from the airport - it never happened so quickly, and I used many car rentals before. Way to go

"I rented a car at autonom for 8 days. Within that whole time, we had no trouble with the car and everything was fine. We got the car clean and with all systems working. The service of autonom was great and the employees were always friendly - at the airport, where I rented the car as well as in the city, where I returned it. Whenever I need a car in Romania again, I will come back to you guys!"

We rented two 9-passenger vans for 10 days. The communication via e-mail was always prompt and the vans were great. One was almost brand new and they both ran great. The small engines are powerful and economical. The staff was very helpful and made things smooth. I will rent from them next time I'm in Romania!
